Garden of Eatin

AS PROMISED HERE, I GIVE YOU A BLOG
DEVOTED TO THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GARDEN
I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG, LONG TIME.

MEADOW'S PARENTS LIVE OUT
IN ORACLE WHICH IS MUCH COOLER
THAN TUCSON.

THEY HAVE AN AMAZING GARDEN
AND GROW THE MOST AMAZING
VEGETABLES.

IT IS INSPIRING REALLY!

MAKES ME WANT TO GET IN THE DIRT.
MEADOW'S DAD TOTALLY GEEKS
OUT ON IT.  IT IS SO GREAT!!

HE IS WAY INTO SEED SAVERS.
HE GROWS HEIRLOOM VEGETABLES
THAT ARE JUST GORGEOUS.
THIS IS HIS DRAWER OF SEED STUFFS.
I LOVE BOTTLES OF STUFFS.

LUSH WITH VEGGIES!

ABOVE THE CHICKEN COOP
(NO CHICKENS AT THE MOMENT)

I FOUND A FUZZY CATERPILLAR!

 MEADOW'S PARENTS ARE GROWING LOTS
OF KINDS OF TOMATOES.  WONDEROUS!
I REALLY WISH I COULD REMEMBER
ALL OF THE FANCY NAMES FOR THE
DIFFERENT TOMATOES.

 I LOVE THESE PLEATED TOMATOES!

THERE'S ALL SORTS OF FUN STUFF GROWING

WEE LITTLE ONE!

YELLOW TOMATOES

FANCY CHOCOLATE COLORED TOMATO

PEPPERS

FANCY CUCUMBER THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER
THE NAME OF (PHALLUS SATIVUS? HA HA.)

AND THEN WE WERE ALLOWED TO PILLAGE!
WE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE ANY THAT WERE TOO
FANCY, BUT WE GOT SOME BEAUTIES!

YOU CAN REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCES
IN COLORS WHEN THEY ARE ALL TOGETHER

I FOUND THIS BABY PLEATED ONE ON THE GROUND
SO I TOOK IT WITHOUT FEELING BAD ABOUT
PICKING A REALLY BEAUTIFUL PLEATED ONE.

WHAT AN ARRAY!
SUCH A BEAUTIFUL FALL SPREAD!

WASHED AND READY!

THEY TASTE AMAZING!
STORE BOUGHT TOMATOES ARE ALWAYS
LACKING.  VINE FRESH IS THE WAY TO GO!

TOO BAD I DON'T HAVE A BACKYARD!
