Jewelry Treasure Finds

I AM A HUGE FAN OF THE JEWELRY AT THRIFT STORES .
I TEND TO LOSE JEWELRY A LOT AND THERE IS NOTHING
WORSE THAN LOSING SOMETHING EXPENSIVE .
MANY TIMES YOU CAN FIND GREAT STUFF
FOR CHEAP CHEAP AT GOODWILL .

I AM A FAN OF BRACELETS .  REMEMBER THE CUFF
I BOUGHT AT THE STREET FAIR LAST YEAR ?  WELL I
HAVEN'T WORN IT EVER AND I BOUGHT IT NEW AND IT
WAS LIKE $20 OR SOMETHING IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY.

WHEN ME AND MEADOW WENT THRIFTING THIS
LAST WEEKEND I FOUND A FEW THINGS THAT I LOVED.
THIS ADORABLE ELEPHANT CUFF WAS ONLY $7.99
AND I'VE ALREADY WORN IT MANY TIMES .

PROOF.

THESE BANGLES WERE (STARTING FROM THE LEFT)
$3, $2, AND $1.  THE ONE IN THE MIDDLE IS MY
FAVORITE I THINK .  I LOVE THE TEXTURE .

THESE TWO BANGLES ON THE TOP WERE $2 EACH
AND THE COPPER CUFF UNDERNEATH WAS $3.  THE
CUFF SAYS IT IS FROM AUSTRALIA ON THE INSIDE .
I ADORE THE HONEYCOMB PATTERN.

THE AUSTRALIAN COPPER CUFF IS
PROBABLY MY FAVORITE OF ALL OF THESE .

AND FINALLY I FOUND SOME COSTUME JEWELRY
WHICH I DECIDED THAT I DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH OF.
THIS HAIR CLIP IS VERY SPARKLY AND WAS $3.99.

THE TOTAL SPENT ON ALL OF THESE TOGETHER WAS ABOUT $25,
WHICH IS JUST A LITTLE OVER THE COST OF WHAT THAT ONE
BRAND NEW CUFF FROM LAST YEAR COST THAT I NEVER WEAR .

SO THE MORAL OF THIS BLOG IS THAT ONE MAN'S TRASH IS
ANOTHER MAN'S TREASURE AND FINDING HIDDEN TREASURE
IS FUN EVEN OUTSIDE OF A PIRATE CONTEXT.
